The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is concerned about the lack of U.S. shippers' awareness concerning the upcoming 100% cargo screening requirements that will be implemented in August of 2010 for all cargo loaded onto passenger aircraft.  These screening requirements will be phased in, with a 75% air cargo screening requirement going into effect on May 1.  Companies that enroll in the TSA's Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP) will avoid the significant delays that are expected as air cargo screening requirements increase.
